We’re pleased to present to the greater Bozeman community the first edition of the 2014 Hawk Tawk News. We hope to create publications worthy of Bozeman High School students, as well as grow as individual writers and storytellers. Our mission is to always be improving.
A few changes have taken place so far, including new staff, new co-editors-in-chief, and a new advisor. Change is often good, and we are looking forward to publishing fresh content from new and different perspectives. Our social media outreach is looking to be more extensive this year, too, so remember to check us out online to get features from Hawk Tawk that you won’t find anywhere else.
As committed journalists and students, we will try to provide the voice of the high school as the students see it.
Our goal is best put by Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Here’s to another year of hard work, passion, and changing our small corner of the world.
